We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Spa professional with the knowledge and expertise to be an able to take on this role and excel in all areas of the business.

Your main responsibilities will be overseeing the Spa operations, team management, customer experience, revenue training and development, through to marketing and communications.

Ideal start date for this role will be towards the end of June 2019 so the company is able to provide full training.

Team & Customer Experience;

  • Overall team management responsibility - Both Spa Managers reporting directly into Head of Spa with overall ownership of full teams.
  • Lead VIP customer journeys & tours of site & spa. To include booking responsibility of VIP customers for treatments & spa experiences.
  • Recruitment support for both sites, including managing staff sheets working with recruitment team on recruitment days. Final sign off on staff members
  • Ensure clear communication to spa management about the wider business activities
  • Continued support & drive of site integration between staff & customers
  • Working closely with the marketing & events team to liaise with potential new freelancers, opportunities & events.
  • Working closely with management teams within the spa group to develop their teams through bi monthly, half yearly & annual reviews.

Revenue & Commission;

  • Responsible for the P&L at both locations
  • Driving recurring business and customer satisfaction KPI measures to track retail performance.
  • Track reporting & develop reporting structures, support drive & awareness of the budgets.
  • Responsible for the continued retail & financial growth

General & Operational;

  • Ensuring reporting structures are kept to & delivered in timely fashions
  • Duty manager when required to drive and manage all daily operations within both sites.
  • Maintain a safe workplace liaising with the management team on all health and safety issues and attend quarterly Health & Safety committee meetings.
  • Contribute to new site development along with managing director & spa management
  • Support international franchise and hospitality business development
  • Oversee the stock process within the company growth to ensure minimal losses & discrepancies. Support spa management where required.

Development & Training;

  • Along with outside support, development of a robust retail & product training programme to support the financial & product knowledge growth of the business.
  • Lead retail and product training to new and existing team members
  • Support the wider business in development & growth where applicable

Marketing & Communications;

  • Working with the wider business to ensure customers are updated on the company's activity.
  • Driving the company events calendar, working closely with marketing to ensure full alignment of departments. To include staffing events also.
  • Collaboration with marketing & spa management to deliver exceptional events.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to ensure website is always up to date & factual of offers within the spa group.
