Head Teaching Professional - Hurtmore Golf Club

Five minutes from Godalming, our 18-hole course designed by Peter Alliss, is now looking for a Head Teaching Professional to join our team.  The recently refurbished clubhouse includes a state of the art golf simulator and a large patio for our members to enjoy post round refreshment.

We are looking for service minded positive person with a “can do” mentality who is committed to delivering friendly polite service to our members, their guests and visitors. This position is responsible for delivering golf tuition at the club as well as being a key member of the golf operations team giving support to the Golf Operations Manager. The successful applicant will be a fully qualified PGA member and will also be expected to go out into the community to promote Hurtmore.

The hours of work will be an average of 18 per week in the golf operations department and the remainder available for coaching. All coaching income will be on a self-employed basis, a great opportunity for the right person. The club does not have a driving range but does offer a large indoor simulator studio, short game area and course for playing lessons.

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
