TEAM LEADER APPRENTICESHIP

Our program of the Team Leader allows the learner to gain a Level 3 qualification to begin their career from a first line management role. Provide direction, instructions and guidance to achieve goals, objectives and KPIs for your team and your business.

Manage colleagues and projects by developing interpersonal and organisational skills in order to deliver operational plans, resolve problems and manage workloads. This will include workshops, e-learning and accredited modules surrounding;

• ILM Level 3 Certificate in Management
• Sales, Marketing, Social Media, Recruitment and Brand Product Training
• GDPR, Safeguarding Children & Adults, Prevent Duty, First Aid

The key outcomes & skills gained:

• Lead, manage and support people by building internal and external relationships through appraisals, behaviour recognition techniques and communications.
• Operational management of resources, strategy, data, technologies for cohesive project delivery.
• Understanding of time management, prioritisation, planning, reporting and analysis.

Who is eligible? Aged 16+, living in England, currently not in full-time education.
