We're looking for an experienced Doorman to join our team at The Ivy in the Lanes, Brighton.

As a Doorman at The Ivy Collection, you will be expected to welcome our members on arrival and assist them as appropriate guiding them to the reception area. In addition, you will assist our guests when leaving the restaurant to get taxis, provide accurate direction. Effective communication with the Reception Team is essential to ensure awareness of business levels each day and any particular special requirements or assistance for our guests.



We are looking for a Doorman who:

• Has previous experience as a Doorman, preferably for a high quality restaurant, department store, club or hotel

• Has previous experience working with high profile guests

• Acts as an ambassador for the restaurant, have a polite, courteous and engaging approach

• Has a charismatic personality that can build memorable relationships with all of our guests

• Has a good command of the English language and are very well presented

• Ideally possesses sound knowledge of the surrounding area.
