Here's a snapshot of the role and its key responsibilities:
Our Salon & Bar Supervisors are responsible for delivering the highest standard of food and beverages to all our customers, to ensure guest satisfaction. Other duties include:
- End of shift pay in and banking.
- Liquor control, food and beverage hospitality & wastage, staffing levels, menu presentation, glassware & crockery stock, and bookings
- Promote sales through service
- Manage dry goods orders, holding levels costing & consumption (bar snacks, caster sugar, cherries, etc)
- Implement the Salon & Bars Manager’s ethos and standards and bring the rest of the team to that standard
- Liaise with Salon & Bars Manager on staff development, requirements and training
- Meet and exceed the expectations of our guests
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of the Salon and all services on offer, including menus and wine lists.
- Keep storage areas clean and tidy and communicate shortage of any items.
- Monitor guest feedback and report this to relevant managers.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role?!
Ideally, you will already have experience in a management/supervisory role and will:
- Have the ability to develop strong relationships with customers in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate business for the future.
- Show willingness to help guests and go the extra mile
- Demonstrate flexibility in terms of working hours
- Be motivated and enthusiastic
- Be professional, flexible and willing to learn
