I am looking for a friendly and enthusiastic bar manager to look after the day to day running of the department in this recently opened pub/restaurant nestled in the beautiful countryside of Buckinghamshire.

This new venue in Buckinghamshire is looking for a bar manager who is wishing to grow and develop with the company as they expand so it is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for career growth within the industry. Some experience would be ideal as the bar manager would need to manage a small team, but a bright personality, ambition & a positive approach are highly important for this Bar Manager role in Buckinghamshire.

As the successful Bar Manager, you would work alongside the General Manager to hire & train staff, promote & grow the business and ensure all customers receive the best possible service at all times. You would also plan promotional events, liaise with current & new suppliers, set business objectives, increase profits & maximise customer satisfaction.
