The Hest Bank Hotel is to be completely refurbished to a new concept suited to the demographics and area,and needs a operator who can drive a business which will be known for its good food, cask beers, professional staff and service.

This pub is undergoing a complete refurbishment to become a Village Pub and Kitchen. The upstairs meeting room will also be undergoing repair works and redecorations, while the renovation of the upstairs letting rooms could take place at a later date.

This pub has a central bar surrounded by four lounge areas which gives a welcoming and cosy feel, the pub has dining for 100 covers. There is also a catering kitchen, small conservatory and a pretty garden and nearby canal for the summer and a car park or up to 16 cars.

Your domestic accommodation would include a private lounge, kitchen and bedroom, this will under go a redecoration and be a good standard.
