Up to £23,000 per annum + 30K OTE

An exciting opportunity for four golf membership sales advisors to join our fast growing and dynamic business operating within the golf market, based in Banbury, Oxfordshire..

You will be joining a newly created team to sell golf club memberships, working with incoming leads via social media, the website and incoming calls to prospects eager to take advantage of a range of great value for money golf club memberships.

As golf membership sales advisor you will be:

• Working to  minimum key performance indicators and  daily call times.
• Working a combination of shifts which will predominantly be 10-6 with one weekend in two where the hours will be 9-5pm.

We are keen to talk to candidates who have a proactive sales background ideally in health club membership sales or golf club sales but we will certainly consider other backgrounds as long as you have a positive outlook, a great telephone manner and a desire to learn fast and meet and exceed your sales targets.  

In addition to a  basic salary of up to 23k, there is a genuine opportunity to earn a further 7K in bonuses, benefits include 33 days holiday including bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, free golf, free parking on site and the use of a  well-equipped fitness facility on site.  There will be excellent opportunities for future career progression.
