Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 plus tips, pensions and staff loyalty scheme

After the extensive refurbishment of The Mark Cross Inn we are looking to recruit a Commis Chef with ambition and flair who wants to reach the top of their profession. You will need to be a great team player and cope well under pressure.

In return you will work for a growing award-winning pub company who know that the crew are the life-blood to its success, without good people we cannot succeed. You will be rewarded with a great salary and tips. Your role is to assist the Head chef in maintaining good gross profits, hygiene standards, stock rotation and ordering.
