Hotel Night Manager -​ Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, Sutton Coldfield

Moor Hall Hotel & Spa in Sutton Coldfield are currently recruiting for a Night Manager to join the team.

This is a full time, hands on management role taking control of the hotel during the night and into the early morning. Experience of managing night processes in a similar quality establishment is preferred.

We seek a focused, honest and reliable individual who has previous experience of setting up conference and banqueting facilities and can demonstrate a good knowledge of booking and reservation systems.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, along with customer service skills in order to deal with ‘out of hours’ hotel guests’ needs.

Experience of people management is preferred as the Night Manager is required to manage and motivate the night team to achieve objectives.
