The role will involve dealing with customers face to face, to ensure shorter lines and give excellent customer service; the welcome host is an employee who must take initiative.

As soon as customers walk through the door, the host steps in to provide answers and direction. The host will be a personal attendant to ensure a smooth welcome and will help direct customers to the relevant areas. They will also inform customers about waiting times and general park information.
