The Role

Snap Fitness are seeking a dynamic, passionate and motivated part-time Assistant Manager for our newly opened club in Bradford. 

You must have the experience, energy and enthusiasm to assist in the
management of day-to-day operations of a busy Health Club plus a proven
track record in the fitness or retail industries. 

This role is available for an immediate start and the successful candidate must be available for the below shifts (23 hours per week):

  • Monday 3pm – 8pm
  • Tuesday 3pm – 8pm
  • Wednesday 3pm – 8pm
  • Saturday 9am – 6pm

This position would best suit an established Personal Trainer with demonstrable sales skills looking for the next step in their career, or an experienced Membership Consultant looking for a part-time role. The successful candidate will be able to increase their earning potential through the delivery of Personal Training sessions (rent-free) and/or Group Fitness classes outside of their salaried hours should they wish to do so.

This role will include the following:

You will be responsible for assisting the Club Manager in the general running of all aspects of the club with specific emphasis on:

  • Membership sales
  • Member experience
  • Group Fitness timetable management and Group Fitness instructor invoicing
  • Social media account management (Facebook and Instagram) including the production of new & local content weekly
  • Administration
  • Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance etc)

Candidates must have the following:

  • Sales experience
  • First Aid Certificate 
  • Outstanding customer service and people skills
  • A proven ability to hit targets
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate
