Your role:

• Work with our members to deliver an exceptional and unforgettable experience
• Deliver classes across multiple London clubs, bringing your unique flair and personality 
• Provide training for specialised areas within our Group Exercise offering
• Assist Group Exercise Managers with assessments, coaching and feedback of other team members
• Work with Support Office, Regional and club colleagues across the business on Public Relations, Marketing and Social Media strategies
• Be an ambassador of the brand at all times, showcasing our signature programmes and your Rockstar personality at all times

Your commitment:

This is a part time employed role working 20 hours per week. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of our business. Variable shifts to include evenings and weekends are the norm.

What we can’t live without:

• Must be passionate about fitness
• Must have a desire to coach 
• Must live out our values by Engaging (Heartfelt Service), Empowering (Red Hot) and Exciting (Delightfully Surprising) our members and teammates
• Level 3 Fitness Qualification minimum OR equivalent experience 
• Excellent technique and solid subject matter experience
• Dynamic personality to motivate and ‘coach’ participants
• Must have a confident can-do, get-it-done positive attitude and a humble, authentic mindset
