At Your Service Event Staffing are currently looking for the next best thing to join our fabulous staffing team. 

Now, this isn’t your normal Talent Coordinator role. We’re only looking for people who don’t mind managing some of the most prestigious hospitality clients and events in the City of London (and beyond!). You’ll also find that we don’t just go at 100 miles an hour – we go faster! So, brace yourself, because this isn’t a role for the faint hearted.

Your average day will see

• Booking in our amazing casual team and staffing some of the biggest events in London
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism to our clients, visitors and team – you know we’re the best of the best, so we only deliver the best of the best. 
• Getting involved with recruiting and training new team members
• Liaising with our wonderful hospitality clients, making sure they are kept up to date and looked after.
• Being an admin wizard, being no stranger to Microsoft Word, Excel and can digest online systems like a box of nuggets. 
• Always continuing to strive for excellence every time whilst improving yourself personally and professionally.
• Checking in at events with Nationally Galleries, Arenas and Palaces – and that’s just a taste of where you can go. 

Team work makes the dream work, and we have seen each other through the highs and lows, so you must be keen to get stuck in, plan ahead, and get ready for some of the most incredible experiences of your life.
