What you will be doing
  • Development, implementation and management of Selina’s beverage offer encompassing local, national and global scales.
    Market and competitor analysis, including trend reporting.Beverage P&L responsibilities internationally.Recipe and product specification building.Incubate and encourage a “Selina Bar Brand Standard” & “Team Culture”.Analyse wastage and optimise efficiency within the Beverage offer.Design and implementation of strategic bar training.Liaise with Operational teams to ensure menus and brand offer is a cultural fit and operational deliverable within each global environment.Assist in bar design.Focusing on the implementation of new Bar products, processes and projects.Ensure the beverage identity is respected in F&B activities.Control and ensure standards are respected (quality, identity, cleanliness, safety) in each location.Creating standard content (manual, guideline, protocols, training and business model to ensure growth for Selina).
What you will need
  • Innovative and forward thinking individual with a strong grasp of Local, and Global Beverage trends.
  • Creative, structured and process-driven in all aspects of beverage and beverage development.
  • Organised and manages time efficiently.
  • Experience within multi/ branded restaurants and/or hotel brand.
  • Strong product and brand knowledge.
  • Experienced in operation/opening and scaling of products across a large branded business.
  • Strong people person and cultural fit with Selina.
  • Availability to travel/relocate.
  • Communication and leadership skills across many functions.
  • Highly experienced in scaling up processes into multi-level branded operations.
  • Complete command of spoken English, reading and writing.
  • Technical understanding of EPOS programming and ordering platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Health & Safety and Technical standards.
  • Full menu analysis, costing and P&L understanding.
  • Full bar/ beverage understanding including layout and speed of service.
  • Ability to create executive summary reports.
  • Ability to speak and give clear instruction and training to co-workers
