Feasibility Analyst/Associate  - Ennismore London

We are looking for a Feasibility Associate to join our Acquisitions & Investment team at Ennismore.

We’re growing quickly and have ambitious plans for our future, so we need someone who will take on the crucial role of analysing the feasibility of exciting projects across Europe and the US. You’ll work across all brands, with a particular focus on the rapidly expanding The Hoxton and our budget brand (coming soon).

You’ll be based at our beautiful office in Clerkenwell, working at the fore-front of one of the fastest growing companies in the UK & Europe.

What you’ll do…

• Review documentation for potential development projects, (such as floor plans, surveys, market reports and third-party feasibility studies)
• Research the market and competitor(s), mostly through desk-top analysis but also through the occasional field trips, networking and the like
• Prepare feasibility studies for new projects (including P&L projections, development cost analysis and return on investment metrics) using our financial model
• Manage the financial reporting for new sites through the development benchmark tracker system we’ve got in place
• Gather input from our design and construction teams on things such as floor plans layout, development cost budget, and the like
• Keep an eye on major industry trends and build great relationships with key people in target markets to keep up to date on the latest

What we’re looking for…

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within or adjacent to the hotel industry, with a strong understanding of the European hospitality sector – if you’ve also got experience with the US, that’s ideal
• Great with numbers: comfortable reading and preparing pro-formas and P&L and can apply principles of corporate finance and real estate investment, and familiar with basic accounting concepts & financial forecasting
• Not much escapes your attention even when working across multiple things at once
• Comfortable interacting with lots of different people whether that’s our own teams or external partners
