We're looking for a Runner to join our front of house team at Brasserie of Light, a new destination restaurant and bar from Caprice Holdings, will open as part of the final chapter of Selfridges’ £300 million investment in its London store. Contemporary, artistic and elegant, the brasserie will feature London’s largest scale artwork by Damien Hirst, offering all day dining in a chic, Art-Deco brasserie set within the world’s best department store.. A Runner is an entry level position that will give you valuable insight and experience into the hospitality industry. The pace is fast and the standards are high, but if you are passionate and a quick learner, it can be the start of a great career.

You will: 

• Assist waiters in serving food and beverages to guests
• Carry food to guests, ensuring the area is cleared after
• Help set up the restaurant for service
• Support the chefs to ensure they are prepared for service

Brasserie of Light, a new destination restaurant and bar from Caprice Holdings, will open as part of the final chapter of Selfridges’ £300 million investment in its London store. Contemporary, artistic and elegant, the brasserie will feature the largest piece of artwork by Damien Hirst inside a public space, offering all day dining in a chic, Art-Deco brasserie set within the world’s best department store. The brasserie will serve an eclectic mix of classic British and internationally-inspired dishes throughout the day.
