About the person and the role
This is a varied role, which involves collecting and returning patients to their individual rooms following surgery. You will work alongside trained professional ensuring that the theatre environment and equipment is fully functioning.

The role also includes being an instrument technician in the Sterile Stores area, this involves
handling instruments, preparing them to be transferred to the HSSU and packing sterile instruments way on their return.

This a physical role with pushing bed to lifting heavy equipment. You will be working in a fast moving clinical environment, with constant interaction with the Theatre Team.

You will need to be a good communicator with basic IT skills as working within HSSU is a computerised environment.
