Food & Beverage Manager - London
Description Most of your responsibilities are (but not limited to)
? Manage staff task distribution and performance
? Manage staff schedule, payroll, LOAs and needs.
? Support staff training and ensure training happens
? Ensure staff follows system procedures and operating protocols
? Manage kitchen, bar and playground operations
? Ensure safety and proper food handling in kitchen
? Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
? Maintain up-to-date inventories of kitchen and bar supplies
? Control kitchen and playground costs
? Monitor revenue and implement actions to improve revenue
? Analyze dish and drinks quality and costing periodically
? Manage changes to menu in coordination with global F&B
? Ensure playground service is according to guidelines
? Be an escalation point for guest issues
? Monitor and manage playground and kitchen budget
? Fill in required reports for managed areas
? Analyze F&B performance reports, plan and execute improvement actions
? Report on incidents and situation
? Coordinate F&B requirements for events, including staffing
Requirements
Education (preferred)
? Degree in Restaurant Management or Business Administration
Knowledge
? Inventory management
? Health and Safety Regulations
? POS Systems
? F&B Costing
? Budget management
Experience
? Minimum 2 years in F&B operations
? Minimum 2 years of management Experience
? Customer Service
? Team Management
? Strong organization and time management skills
