P&O Cruises - Loyalty and Cruise Sales Manager

As Loyalty & Cruise Sales Manager you will work as part of a team to sell future cruises to our onboard guests and also ensure that our loyalty guests are well cared for. You will organise and attend loyalty events onboard to ensure that our loyal guests are given the best service and experience on their holiday. You will work with the team to achieve cruise sales targets and ensure that you are marketing future cruise bookings onboard.

Key Responsibilities of a Loyalty & Cruise Sales Manager include:

  • Organising events and presentations for our loyal guests.

  • Advertising and selling Cruises to maximize on board revenue and meet targets.

  • Managing the on board loyalty club and acting as a main point of contact for our loyal guests.

  • Delivering excellent customer service.

  • Previous experience in a target driven environment

  • Experience within the travel industry would be advantageous

  • Good destination knowledge

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Excellent customer service skills
