About the Kitchen Manager Role

About the Pub

The Holly Bush is an old traditional country pub surrounded by fields and is very popular with local walking groups. When you come inside you are greeted with Wooden beams, pillars and decorative fireplaces are alongside traditional furniture and exposed brickwork.
We have a 92 seater restaurant and a fantastic beer garden, one of the nicest in local area which is broken down into 3 separate patio areas, one of which is secluded and light with lanterns and decorative lights creating a fantastic alfresco dinning experience.

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who will lead from the front in their kitchen and inspiring their team to achieve great things. We have a kitchen team currently of 5, which are experienced in chef and brewer dining and all long serving. Responsibilities will include cooking a branded menu to spec, experience in dealing with stock and maintaining high standards. You will also have the responsibility of ensuring all health and safety and food hygiene standards are adhered to. Team training and development should also be high on your priorities in ensure a sustainable and strengthened team.
