Modern Pan-Asian cuisine rubs shoulders with Latin cocktails at our exciting Chino Latino Restaurants & Bars in London. Chino Latino London, for example, has won numerous accolades, including a double AA rosette for three consecutive years, Hotel Restaurant Team of the Year in the 2011 Hotel Catey’s and a Tripadvisor certificate of excellence for consistently being within the top 100 restaurants in London in terms of guest satisfaction and experience.
Main role and objectives:
As our Chef de Partie you will be responsible for contributing to the production of the highest possible food quality, and to co-ordinate and be responsible for staff in your section.
Your responsibilities:

Being in charge of preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality in your section
Managing and training any Demi chef de parties, Commis chefs and trainees working with you
Helping the Sous chef, Head Chef and Executive chef to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
What to expect:

Be part of a 15 strong kitchen brigade in charge of a section.
7 shifts required per week, 2 doubles and 3 late shifts with 2 days off per week.
Shifts from 10.30am and last orders are at 10.30pm.

Chef whites are provided and washed for free.
