In search for an enthusiastic and talented Food Safety & Health and Safety Assistant to join Hakkasan Group.

The ideal Food Safety & Health and Safety Assistant  for Hakkasan Group has:

• Previous experience in working in a similar role preferred
• Demonstrated experience in working in Food Safety and Health and Safety (retail or hospitality environment preferred)
• Proven knowledge and understanding of UK food safety and health and legislation
• Higher level qualification in Food Safety and Health and Safety preferred
• Experience of working as a Food Safety and H&S auditor or inspector preferred
• Excellent customer service manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and proven ability of working on own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure, manage workload and meet tight deadlines
• Competent in MS applications, web based technology and document management systems
• Eligibility to work in the UK
