Our client is now looking for Full and Part Time Spa Therapists to join their team to work in this stunning facility.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced therapist and ideally you will have experience working within a 5* environment where guest experience and journey takes second place to nothing.

Brief Over View Of Duties;

*You will need to deliver a high standard of treatments
*Promote and recommend aftercare advice to every guest & increase retail sales
*Attract repeat business by offering an outstanding services and showcasing the treatment menu.
*Keeping the treatment rooms and Spa area clean and tidy at all times
Working with the whole team so you all offer unforgettable Spa experience for guests.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience;

*NVQ Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy or CIBTAC, CIDESCO or Equivalent
*Previous experience working in a spa environment or high end salon
*Someone who can offer a high standard of treatment and is confident in all aspects of the guest journey.
*Great personality, professional but friendly and can put guests at ease
*Strong team work ethic
*Keen eye for detail ensuring that the guests receive an unforgettable experience

Package on Offer;

*Basic Salary £21,850
*Earn over £25,000 OTE
*10% onRetail products
*8% commission on all treatments performed increasing up to 12% dependant on performance to individual target.
*Product House Training
*Complimentary use of luxury Health club, pool and classes at off-peak times.
*Our client will provide continual development and training
*Products at cost price including professional size
*Product house incentives - up to £500 a month back in products if successful on a certain product house.
*Another product house will offer you 10% of what is sold per quarter back in retail products.
*After 6 months, 1 small area of laser free for 6 sessions
*Full timers get 1 x 50 min treatment of their choice a month, booked out of peak times in the first 2 weeks of the month.
*Free sunbeds
