We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our devoted team. Sales Manager Responsibilities

·To ensure maximum sales conversion of all enquiries achieved at the venue, either at the venue, or within the etc. venues group

·To work to improve conversion rates of the sales team for both new and existing business

·To assist and oversee account management of clients for retention and growth

·To ensure the venue sales team deal professionally and effectively with all client enquiries on a daily basis in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) from pre-event enquiry to post-sales follow up

·To contribute to the annual business planning process by assisting the HOV and DOS with strategic planning in relation to the sales and marketing function at the venue and group

·To work with Key Account Managers to develop the key accounts strategy and revenues

·To attend bimonthly group sales meetings, monthly sales meetings and quarterly marketing and sales group reviews, providing the necessary reports in relation to their venue sales business

·To manage the venue sales team on a daily basis and carry out performance appraisals with training and development programmes

·To maintain up to date financial data for past and future bookings in line with company requirements

·To update weekly forecasting and set appropriate sales strategies
