Venue (Centre/Club) Manager - All Seasons Leisure Centre - Chorley

Salary £20,000

Active Nation are on the hunt for a new Venue Manager (Centre/Club Manager) to join our team at our All Seasons Leisure Centre  in Chorley.

We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who can enthuse and engage with our supporters (customers) creating a positive experience of our venue. We would consider applications from a DM or Assistant Manager looking for their next career move.

If you are confident, self motivated, enjoy managing a BRILLiANT team of campaigners (staff) and are a great conversationalist then we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for.

You will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for:

• Increasing participation and membership subscriptions
• Financial Performance of the venue
• Managing and motivating your team leaders
• Communications
• Operational Performance
• People Management & People Development
• Health & Safety

We need you to be actively leading when we’re at our busiest, so you’ll need to work flexibly and across all opening hours. Yarborough Leisure Centre is Lincoln’s largest leisure venue and includes pools, gyms, studios, synthetic track and pitch.
