About the role…

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the day to day food & beverage operations of the business in a professional manner, while continually exceeding guest expectations. You will contribute to the smooth running of the department, assisting the restaurant in all areas of service as required. You will also be responsible for monitoring the restaurant, bar and breakfast rotas to ensure the cover is available to all departments.

About you…

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service & communication skills, can carry out instructions and is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience of working in a fast based quality restaurant or hotel at a supervisory level is essential to be successful in this role.

The 4 Star Stirling Highland Hotel is situated in the heart of the city known as the Gateway to the Highlands. Our stunning Victorian property and ancient observatory hosts 96 bedrooms with a health club and swimming pool.
