We are looking to recruit a new Duty Manger at Oxygen Freejumping Acton, London. 

Duty Manager – Full Time

Oxygen Freejumping is the market leading trampoline park chain in the UK. Each Oxygen Park is a unique activity offering blending sport, fitness, play and fun with everything from fitness classes, Freejumping sessions and birthday parties.  Oxygen is leading a truly innovative concept for the UK leisure market.

Duty Manager role and responsibilities

As a Member of the site management team you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the Derby site through customer service and team interaction.  Just some of the responsibilities are outlined below:

• Delivering an amazing customer service experience
• Train and develop your team of court monitors, party hosts, café assistants, and receptionists
• Oversee health and safety within the park
• Build great relationships with your team and customers
• Lead by example
• Be part of the site sales team

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Be a confident communicator
• Have a passion for activity and living a healthy life
• Demonstrate your ability to multi task and prioritise your workload
• Be a self-starter
• You will be able to think quickly, reacting to and handling situations calmly
• Have an engaging character and deal with any situation that may arise
• It would be desirable if you come ready with a first aid qualification
