Job SummaryThe workinghours for this position are 11pm to 7am and will include weekend working.The role ofthe Kitchen Porter is to ensure the kitchen and wash up areas are clear ofdirty crockery etc at all times and to ensure that all clean items are placedneatly in the appropriate place in the Kitchen.Adhere to the kitchen standards of Health and Hygiene and ensure thecleaning schedules are adhered to, signed and recorded in line with the foodsafety policy. Clean all Kitchenequipment thoroughly and store in the correct manner so as to minimisebreakages. Ensure that all spillages andbreakages are cleaned up immediately to prevent accidents.
