What type of person are Flip Out looking for:

You don't need to be crazy to work for Flip Out, but sometimes it helps!

A hands on leader who is not afraid of leading from the front. They must have exceptionally high standards to provide a safe, clean and organised environment for the team to work in and for the customers to be entertained.

Working at Flip Out is fast paced, loud and demanding - being able to think clearly under pressure is required - this would not suit anyone who wouldn't enjoy this.

You'll be as professional, well-mannered and objective focused as you are ready to leave our Flippers wowed

Experience within the leisure industry, F&B background, customer facing management role or experience in dealing with children would be preferred.

The right candidate would be calm under pressure and able to make quick but effective decisions.

They will need to be natural and adaptable to motivate and coach teams from different departments on a daily basis.

Someone with fantastic time management skills who can plan the right time to sit down and "do admin" is a must but also understand this is not a desk job

We make each hour the best hour of the week - do you have a real "showtime" mindset and are ready to be on stage with the team

If you are now thinking WOW! I'm flipping pumped up, but there must be ups and downs to this job.. keep reading, we'll tell you more.

What's in it for an AGM and what's working there like?

Our management team are flexible and able to work at weekends. We are really busy on rainy days and school holidays, this is when our leaders are in the business, but you can take 30th and 31st of February off on us, no problem.

Seriously though, we provide a really fun energetic environment to work in and need our key team members in when it matters the most, however this is balanced with a flexible rota so you won't need to miss that important birthday or family event if agreed in advance.

You'll be working a 5 day week with a variety of shift patterns from 8am starts to 9pm finishes

Competitive salary

Regular incentives and team building days

4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays in lieu

Management development programme - all the current management team and supervisors started on the front line - development and promotion is strongly promoted

Training and coaching - you'll get loads of this both internally and externally
