Trainee Manager - The George Hotel, Lichfield

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team at The George Hotel in Lichfield as Trainee Manager.

Working alongside an experienced and dedicated Management team, you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the day to day running of the hotel as well as gain experience in each department.

Candidates will need to be customer focused and standards driven with good communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A sound understanding of IT and basic knowledge of front office systems would be an advantage, however, full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment and may be looking for a first step towards management.
