Tucked away in Gloucestershire, Hoburne Cotswold holiday park is now recruiting for a Second Chef to join their friendly team.

At Hoburne Cotswold we pride ourselves on achieving the highest standards at our holiday park, so our focus is on delivering a great experience to our guests whilst they are here.  We would love you to join our friendly team if you have the skills and attributes we are looking for as a Second Chef.

Our complex facilities have an entertainment and leisure area providing welcoming and contemporary spaces to relax with family and friends.

There are two catering outlets offering our customers a wide range of freshly cooked meals and a great dining experience.

Brasserie 1912 offering our customers a relaxing environment with table service to enjoy meals cooked to order from our grill menu, delicious pies and much more …….

For this role we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Chef from within the leisure and hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be able to deliver the highest level of food and service. They will also require the following:-

  • A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry
  • Previous chef/kitchen experience
  • A high level of inter-personal skills
  • Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Able to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

As a member of staff, you will have a Hoburne Team Card giving you access to a range of staff benefits and 30 working days holiday per year (including 8 public holidays) for a full-time position.
