We are looking for Strong Personal Trainers to join the team.

Our Personal Trainers are self-employed and receive 100% of the income they generate with uncapped earning potential. If you are looking for a base to set up your personal training business, there are rental options available to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Inductions
• Instruct Group Exercise Classes
• General Housekeeping duties
• Promote and sell the prescribed PT products and packages to members.
• Pro-actively generate new PT business.
• Grow PT business through actively promoting individual PT and Group session.
• Support retention by engaging members and provide fitness advice and guidance in the club.
• Behave in an inspiring manner that creates respect from members and colleagues.
• Achieve minimum performance criteria as agreed with the Club Manager.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer certification / qualification.
• Passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals and delivering customer service excellence.
• Energetic and pro-active attitude with a positive outlook.
• Excellent time management.
• Must be extremely reliable.
