Currently we are recruiting for a dynamic Demi Pastry Chef de Partie to join our superb Pastry team.

Ideally, our new colleague will have a minimum of six months’ experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar luxury environment. Strong culinary skills are a must along with the drive and passion to work in a busy and vibrant environment.

• Outstanding attention to detail whilst working within a fast paced environment
• The ability to work within a dedicated and passionate team
