DESCRIPTION:

CIRQ is a new boutique fitness experience, on a mission to create the ultimate circuit workout.

With our exceptional coaches working alongside our own screen technology we gamify fitness from a time-consuming chore, into an efficient, engaging and healthy addiction.

Working with CIRQ means being involved with a hungry and ambitious business which, in turn, is looking to develop and nurture its team.  We will invest in training and qualifications for all our team if they show the right desire and drive.

Our founding team consists of fitness professionals and proven Health Club operators who have built some of the UK’s most well-known gym brands.

The Role:

You are our brand ambassador. You will be the first point of contact for any member once they enter CIRQ and play an integral part of portraying our values.

Who we are looking for?

Most importantly, what we require is you are a) passionate about health and fitness and b) happy talking to new people and are confident in your communication skills…. Everything else can be taught and learned

What you will be doing:

  • You will be our number 1 brand ambassador, embracing everything CIRQ represents. You will be expected to be fully immersed in the brand
  • You will be the day-to-day face of CIRQ, the initial experience for all our members – an integral position! Meeting and greeting all members and help problem-solve customer issues
  • You must know the CIRQ product inside out; taking ownership of knowing the class-type, the schedule, the coaches, the pricing options etc
  • Ensure that that all areas within the studio are maintained to a high standard and are presentable at all times and helping assist in opening and closing the studio
  • Helping manage basic social media tasks (executing social media posts subject to a predefined schedule)
  • Respond effectively to new customer enquiries, both online and offline, and engage with customers to develop rich consumer insights to help develop the business further
  • There will be lots of room to grow. We aim to have more studios very quickly. We greatly welcome initiative and we are willing to quickly open up new opportunities and invest in training to those who show a desire for personal development

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • First and absolutely foremost, a great attitude and huge desire for personal growth
  • 1+ years working front of house (any industry)
  • Experience working in the health and fitness industry is not essential, but is desirable
  • An open mind and willingness to learn and strong communication skills
  • Courteous team player mixed in with a burning desire to develop and grow
  • Bags of initiative, be willing to react and adapt to daily tasks
  • Available for weekday shift work, including early (6.30am) and late (8.30pm)
  • Obsession with reliable and 5* customer service – ensuring CIRQ is meeting all customer requirements
  • ASK QUESTIONS! We want ambitious thinkers, we want to be quizzed, challenged and pushed!
  • A passion for fitness and wellbeing trends (interest in technology is a big bonus!)
