About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Manager or Management couple to take the helm of Holmfield Arms (WF2 8DY).

The Holmfield Arms is one GK Pubs & Hotels flagship properties located in the centre of Wakefield's famous Thornes Park the site is beautifully placed offering a superb location to live and work.
Benefiting from a 42 room Premier Inn hotel, 170 cover dining area, large bar, function rooms, extensive gardens with seating for 160 and a static functions Marquee licensed for 150.
The Holmfield Arms has complete team including KM, Asst Manager, Team Leaders, Events & Marketing manager, complete Hotel team who have delivered excellent service scores over the last number of years and currently boast a 4.54 tripadvisor rating, a YTD EET of 98% and a YTD NPS of 80%.
This position would be ideal for a GM or GM couple who have rooms and functions experience looking to move to a bigger, high profile location where they can test themselves and take the business to the next level.

About you:

You will be an experienced manager or management couple who has a proven track record in food led pub/restaurant business.

Your past success will have been driven through your ability to lead and develop your team so they can exceed the expectations of your customers. You will have a real commercial edge and thrive from having the autonomy to treat the business as your own by attracting new business, growing sales, convert profit and ensuring all standards are of the highest quality.
