A great opportunity has become available to join us as a Chef de Partie at our Stratford Westfield venue.

As a Chef de Partie you’ll help to ensure that every plate of food leaving the kitchen is perfect. This means making all of our sauces from scratch, creating every element of each dessert and cooking live lobsters to order. But it also means learning how to work across every section, ensuring food hygiene is at the highest standard and being trained how to manage stock in order to prepare you for that next step up the ladder.
