Are you REPs Level 2 minimum qualified?

The Active Nation fitness and exercise experience covers the gym areas, the group exercise programme and partnership with our Personal Trainers. You will report to the Commercial Manager and you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the fitness and exercise experience across the contract
• Managing the group exercise experience across the contract
• Achieving member retention, length of stay and usage targets
• Leading the fitness and exercise team with effective and inspiring management.
• Managing safety and service across the fitness and exercise experience
• Financial performance of the fitness and exercise experience
• Acting up as a Duty Manager on an occasional basis

We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who can enthuse and engage with our supporters (customers) creating a positive experience of our venue. If you are confident, self motivated, enjoy managing a BRILLiANT team of campaigners (staff) and are a great conversationalist then we’d love to hear from you!

We need you to work flexibly and across all opening hours, from early morning to late in the evening (on a rotational basis across both venues).

Yarborough Leisure Centre is a thriving multi purpose venue at the ‘top of Lincoln’ and includes 25m pool, Teaching pool, Diving pool, Sports Hall, Gym, Studio, cycle studio, all weather pitch, cycle track, athletics track and outdoor pitches.  

Active Nation Birchwood, newly refurbished and developed, includes Gym, Exercise Studio, Immersive Cycling Studio, Shapemaster Toning Studio, Costa Café, Climbing facility, Soft play area, party rooms, all weather pitch and outdoor pitches, and is conveniently located just off the A46 to the South East of the city.
