About the Pub

The Stag & Monkey is a New build Hungry Horse Community Pub in Hartlepool. We have a large outside beer garden with a children's play area, big screen TVs for sports and we have lots of live entertainment and quizzes.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person who will lead from the front in their kitchen and inspiring their team to achieve great things. Responsibilities will include cooking a branded menu to spec, experience in dealing with stock and maintaining high standards.You will also have the responsibility of ensuring all health and safety and food hygiene standards are adhered to. Team training and development should also be high on your priorities in ensure a sustainable and strengthened team.
