Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Activities Manager to join our Team at Grosvenor Hall, Ashford. We are looking for someone who demonstrates exemplary leadership, people development skills and ultimately delivers life changing experiences for our guests. You will also inspire and motivate the centre delivery team to provide well planned engaging activities, that meet individual guest requirements and be diligent in your operational delivery in the region, while building a well-respected and sort after profile within the business. You will also be required to lead and support on projects whilst embodying our company values to enhance our overall business offering.

About you

We are looking for a confident communicator who leads by example to ensure standards are set and met at all times. You will have multi-site operational experience at middle management level within the leisure sector. We are looking for someone who is innovative and adaptive, who welcomes change in a positive light, supporting their teams to embrace new ways of working.
