The Leeds Bradford boasts 137 modern bedrooms as well as 7 large conference rooms that can accommodate up to 200 delegates. Our Leeds Airport conference venue offers a variety of suites to meet any business needs. All our ground floor rooms are interconnected, making them a popular area for exhibitions and wedding receptions. We can accommodate anywhere from intimate parties of ten up to larger wedding parties of 100 guests, depending on customer requirements. Due to high demand we are looking to recruit a temporary part-time Proactive Sales Admin on to the team.

As proactive sales admin you will be required to;

  • providing administrative support to the sales team (diary management, preparing reports, issuing correspondence)
  • Handling booking and requests from customers
  • Researching new projects
  • Assisting the sales team in organising events, promotions and show rounds
  • Carry out proactive sales calls

The successful candidate will have excellent computer and organisational skills, attention to details and exceptional communication and customer skills. You will have the ability to develop effective relationships with clients, agents and the operational departments within the hotel.

This position offers the opportunity for you to work in an exciting, positive atmosphere. This role will require you to work 32 hours per week.
