The Elephant & Castle is in central Totton, a suburb of Southampton, and has the benefit of a good-sized local population and it is also surrounded by small retail operations, banks and other take-away/restaurants/pubs.

The pub is split into two main trading areas. There is a comfortable lounge area with a mix of flexible and bench seating with up to 28 covers, this area has been decorated to a high standard and leads out to the garden.

An operator with local knowledge, or who has worked in a similar environment as great personality is needed to create a warm welcome alongside a strong lead at the business. You should have high standards and pride in the product and service are key as are an ability to market the business effectively.
