Your role in our family:      

  • At all times strives to represent Sopwell House in the most professional, courteous and efficient manner
  • To use knowledge of guest preferences to enhance the guest experience
  • Provide guests with a 5-star luxury customer service thriving to go the extra mile at all times
  • Ability to assist guests with special requests and reservations to local restaurants, activities and any transportation requests
  • Handles any guest concerns and complaints with empathy and using a hospitable manner

What would make you the perfect fit?

  • Previous experience working in a Front of House supervisor position, Guest Relations Officer, Guest Services Supervisor
  • Two to three years working as a supervisor or assistant manager in Rooms
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and specifically Rooms Division
  • Strong and professional communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Able to perform the tasks of a Front of House Receptionist
  • Excellent customer services skills
