The Grand Hotel Sunderland offers 82-bedrooms, an on-site Bar & Restaurant and five versatile event rooms that can accommodate up to 300 delegates, popular for weddings and events. Due to high demand we are looking to recruit a Food & Beverage team member.

As Food & Beverage Team member, you will be required to;

  • Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and customer care are set and maintained by all staff.
  • Ensure that all procedures are performed correctly and efficiently at all times.
  • maximise sales and profitability within the department
  • Ensure that stock control procedures are adhered to and checked at all times.

The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. This position is on a fixed term basis and you will be required to work 20 hours per week.
