Job Description

We’re looking for Duty Managers to join our Little Creatures team and support the Venue General Manager run the day operations and lead the shift team leaders.If you lead from the front and have a strong orientation towards product and service then this challenging and highly rewarding role will provide you with a fun, unique and highly collaborative culture that only comes with working at our incredible Little Creatures Regents Canal (Kings Cross London) venue.Be part of an exciting pre-opening bringing our great beers and hospitality to London.

You’ll be leading our dedicated teams that deliver outstanding customer experiences, creating a fun team environment that supersedes customer expectations and strives to be the best we can be.You’ll need experience of working in a similar environment, a proven track record in motivating, leading and managing teams, have a passion for F&B and ability to lead your team by example.

Additional Information
