Barista - The Hoxton, Holborn

We’re looking for baristas with big passion for all things caffeinated and the skills to go with it.

Hubbard & Bell is our all-day restaurant, café and bar in The Hoxton, Holborn, just a stone’s throw away from the West End. Our open kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and a killer brunch on the weekends, while our open lobby café and bar are popular hang outs throughout the week; and we kick the atmosphere up a notch with live DJs from Thursday to Saturday!

What you’ll do…

In a nut shell, our baristas are the masters of our coffee bar and energise our guests with tasty Origin coffees from a bespoke La Marzocco machine and fresh juices. There’s also plenty of opportunity to change things up by helping out on the floor and behind the bar as well.

What we're looking for...

• Previous coffee experience in a busy café would be a big plus
• You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
• Passion for hospitality – whether that’s a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night
• You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience
• You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get shit done
• You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
• If we got stuck in a lift together we’d have a good time and share a few laughs
• You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
