Finlake opened a multi-million leisure centre in 2017 which features a state of the art gym, studios for classes and personal training, water park with splash pool/features/large beach entrance pool/slides, a sauna and steam room, outdoor pool with flume, diverse Go Active programme featuring archery/sea scooters/paint ball and much more! In addition to this the development continues with a new spa is being built as the next exciting phase of our development, it's great time to join our team.

A lively, yet professional individual is required to assist our owners and holiday guests enjoy the full facilities at our prestigious and exclusive Holiday Park. We expect nothing but the best and we need an exceptional person to be the welcoming, practical and knowledgeable first point of contact.

You will report to the Leisure Manager and be involved in a wide range of activities including, handling owner queries, H&S checks, all pool plant operations, team rotas and driving a key business area.

Our ideal Leisure Supervisor will have the following skills and experience:

• Qualification in Pool Plant Operator
• Qualification in National Pool Life Guard (NPLQ)
• Relevant reception, administrative and leisure experience within a fast-moving customer relationship environment.
• You should possess a confident telephone manner as well as good written English, computer skills and exceptional customer service.
• Also with the ability to work on your own initiative and be able to demonstrate proven organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality, cash handling and Leisure is desirable alongside a flexible approach to working (including weekends and Public holidays).
• Desirable - Experience in Health & Fitness with qualifications in Gym Instructor Level 2 and Personal Trainer Level 3

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Shifts will be between 06:00 – 22:30 weekdays and weekends 07:00 – 20:30.
