We are looking for a Head Bartender who has a passion for drink creation and knowledgeable about beverage trends. Joining us for the opening of our new exciting food & beverage outlets including two newly refurbished bars, our Head Bartender will be involved in hiring, training and supervising a team of talented bartenders and beverage menu creation.

Working alongside our Bar Manager, our Head Bartender will be responsible for the day to day running of the bar with a focus on providing great service, maintaining our high standards and will also assist in the design of our cocktail menu.

You will currently be working in a similar supervisory role, overseeing a team or will perhaps be an ambitious, experienced bartender ready to make that step upwards. Strong drink and product knowledge and a detail-orientated approach to service will be key to success in this role
