The purpose of your role is to support the Digital marketing team in delivering the marketing plan and achieving of sales targets. Looking at new ways to increase the database while managing communications to the Carluccio’s Database. Also day to day activities will include updating the online content of the website.

All About The Role

Responsibilities

 

  • To manage the CRM platform on a day to day basis including build and send of weekly emails and reporting
  • To keep the website content refreshed following the content plan and to help execute SEO initiatives
  • To manage presence on digital review and listing sites focusing on Google My Business, Trip Advisor and Facebook
  • To own relationships with 3rd party partnerships like Dine, Saga and Vectis
  • To manage guest relations on social channels, ensuring all queries and complaints are responded to in a timely manner.
  • To curate all image libraries and provide content to the social media agency as requested
  • To write copy for communications including emails, ads and blogs
  • To support local marketing initiatives including Opera events emails
  • To manage ad hoc marketing requests
  • To be the main point of contact for Action Against Hunger within the marketing team

 

Brand Ambassador: You are an ambassador for our brand; from the way, you present yourself to the knowledge you have of our business and the enthusiasm and motivation that drives everything you do. Your role is to uphold the Carluccio’s image at all times.

 

Those ad hoc duties: As with all roles, you may at times be required to carry out ad hoc duties; whether that is to support another team member, to take on additional responsibilities or to get involved in project work that may impact not only on your department but also the wider business.

  • Eye for detail
  • You’ll have experience in a fast paced digital marketing role
  • An understanding of email marketing and HTML is desirable
  • Experience in developing and executing plans with strong creative executions
  • Experience of eCRM communications channels including email, push, SMS and onsite personalisation – experience of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp and Sparkpost
  • Understanding of segmentation and analytics
  • You'll be proactive and driven to identify new ways of optimising campaigns and implementing new technologies to drive engagement and conversion
  • HTML and CSS skills desirable
  • Photoshop skills
  • Copy writing skills
  • Experience using CMS system (Wordpress)
