The George and Dragon s a beautifully presented Urban branded site which has been developed 12 months ago. It is popular with all ages, serving fantastic food to shoppers and business people and at night it is a vibrant and exciting place for all ages to be. There is a DJ on Fridays and Saturdays and the licence is until 2am. It is a popular venue on the circuit and has a great following who love the large outside area and the function room facilities. The venue is looking for a manager who wants to fully explore the range of target markets throughout the week and can bring new ideas to the business. The early week evenings have potential to grow with smart use of entertainment and a creative mind. The food sales will flourish with increased communication and a focus on speed of service and quality very easily. The business has a great reputation and will be a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

About the Assistant Manager Role
